The intentional roamer: Mirror mirror

June has been an interesting month full of insights, reflection, and mirroring. What I mean by mirroring is that I see myself in others, and it’s not all good. You know when someone’s behavior annoys you, and you realize that it annoys you because you do it too. And you’re not a fan!

There are also the times when you meet someone and just know that you have experienced the emotions they are exhibiting - feelings of fear and needing to protect yourself, or needing to prove your independence - I can do this, and I don’t need your help. I can relate to all of the above.

The mirroring thing has been happening to me all month. If this is some kind of message, I’m hearing you loud and clear, universe! Not sure I need any more examples, thank you very much!

This growing awareness has become a valuable tool. It gives me the chance to pause, reflect, and ask: Is this something I want to change? Is it something I want to understand better? Or perhaps, is it something I’m ready to let go of?

Take a listen to “Mirror Mirror”.
