What is transition coaching?
Transition coaching is not simply about changing your circumstances—it’s about guiding you in reconnecting with who you truly are.
Life transitions often awaken deeper questions:
Who am I now? What feels aligned? What is my inner voice trying to tell me?
This work is not about me telling you what decisions to make. It is about guiding you back to yourself so you can navigate life from a place of alignment rather than fear.
Typically, coaching sessions take place weekly for 60 minutes. I work with both individuals and groups and provide ongoing support, guidance, and reflective tools designed to deepen your self-awareness and support your journey of transformation and embodiment.
Reconnection
Our initial sessions are devoted to understanding who you are beneath the roles, expectations, and patterns that may have shaped your life. Together, we explore what feels out of alignment, what your inner voice has been trying to tell you, and what it would mean to live more fully as your authentic self.
Alignment
Rather than focusing on external goals alone, we focus on strengthening your connection to yourself. By recognizing old conditioning, emotional blocks, and limiting beliefs, you’ll begin to hear your inner guidance more clearly and trust the path unfolding before you.
Transformation
Transformation happens when you stop searching outside yourself and begin trusting the wisdom within. As your authentic self emerges, you move beyond awareness into embodiment—living in alignment with your truth rather than simply understanding it intellectually.
